Synopsis
Sekolah hari ini tidak cukup hanya tertib administrasi. Sekolah harus mampu belajar, menyesuaikan diri, dan menciptakan cara kerja baru yang berdampak pada mutu pembelajaran. Perubahan kurikulum, teknologi, karakter peserta didik, dan tuntutan masyarakat membuat kepala sekolah perlu memimpin dengan arah yang lebih transformatif. Buku ini menjelaskan bagaimana kepala sekolah membangun budaya sekolah yang inovatif melalui visi bersama, keteladanan, komunikasi perubahan, penguatan kapasitas guru, tata kelola berbasis data, dan refleksi berkelanjutan. Inovasi tidak diposisikan sebagai kegiatan tambahan. Inovasi dipahami sebagai kebiasaan kerja yang lahir dari masalah nyata di sekolah. Pembahasan buku bergerak dari landasan konseptual menuju strategi implementasi. Pembaca diajak memahami peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran, penggerak budaya, fasilitator kolaborasi, penjaga etika, dan pengelola keberlanjutan. Buku ini juga menyediakan instrumen refleksi dan rencana aksi yang dapat diadaptasi oleh satuan pendidikan. Tujuan akhir buku ini sederhana. Kepala sekolah perlu membantu warga sekolah berani mencoba, terbiasa belajar dari data, terbuka terhadap umpan balik, dan mampu menjaga perubahan agar tidak berhenti sebagai program sesaat.
